Program Overview
This 12-week curriculum is designed to educate, rehabilitate, and support individuals in addressing behaviors related to the demand that drives sex trafficking. Through education, accountability, therapy, and structured support, participants engage in a process of awareness, responsibility, and behavioral transformation.
Week 1
Awareness & Reality Introduction
- Introduction to the realities of sex trafficking
- Educational sessions on the impact of demand
Testimony from:
- An individual with lived experience (survivor perspective)
- A former buyer (accountability perspective)
- Guided reflection and discussion
Week 2
Commitment & Assessment
Enrollment with:
- A licensed therapist
- An addiction recovery group
- Assignment of an accountability partner
- Completion of the Mindful Mindset Evaluation Form
- Establishment of personal goals and commitment plan
Weeks 3–7
Engagement & Accountability Phase I
Participants are required to:
- Maintain weekly contact with their accountability partner
- Attend scheduled addiction recovery group sessions
- Participate in ongoing therapy with a licensed clinician
- Engage in self-reflection exercises and behavioral tracking
- Demonstrate consistency and transparency in progress
Week 8
Progress Evaluation
Formal progress review involving:
- Licensed therapist
- Accountability partner
- Group therapy participation
Assessment areas include:
- Behavioral change
- Emotional awareness
- Accountability consistency
- Adjustments made to individual recovery plans as needed
Weeks 9–11
Engagement & Accountability Phase II
Participants continue:
- Weekly accountability partner check-ins
- Regular attendance in recovery group sessions
- Ongoing therapeutic treatment
Focus on:
- Strengthening new behavioral patterns
- Relapse prevention strategies
- Deepening personal responsibility
Week 12
Mindful Mindset Training & Completion
- Participation in Mindful Mindset Training
- Final reflection and program review
- Evaluation of progress and readiness for post-program continuation
- Development of a long-term accountability and maintenance plan
Program Outcomes
By the end of the 12 weeks, participants will:

- Show measurable behavioral changes
